What is the booking process?
Depending on how we connected, I like to schedule a face-to-face meeting over a quick coffee (or drink of choice). I prefer this as it gives us the opportunity to meet, get to know each other and ensure that we're the best match. During this time, we talk about the plans, visions, and budget for your day and help set the tone for booking.
Once you've talked it over with your fiance, consulted your planners, if you're ready to book, I send over a booking link that requires a signed contract and paid non-refundable deposit. After these steps are completed, YOU ARE BOOKED and the fun can begin!!
How do payment plans work?
A deposit is required to lock in your date and time.
The remaining amount will be paid in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly increments. This will vary based on your wedding date and/or financial preference.
All final payments are due one (1) month prior to your wedding date.
How many images will I receive?
Each wedding package provides a minimum of 50 images per hour booked. This is a combination of portraits, details, and candid photos of the day.
How long until I receive my full gallery?
Your digital gallery invitation will arrive by email no later than 10 weeks from your wedding date (unless previously discussed otherwise or a rush fee has been paid).
How will my wedding photos be delivered?
All galleries are delivered via a digital gallery by email. Once received, you’ll have the ability to download, share, and order prints directly from your digital gallery.
How long will me digital gallery be active?
You will have access to your digital gallery for a minimum of one (1) month from delivery date. You will also receive a notification email the day before your gallery expires to ensure you have saved your gallery contents.
What is the current rate of traveling?
As of January 2025, travel fees apply as follows:
Any location in the greater Phoenix area is included as part of your wedding day package (24 cities included).
Cities within 100-200 mile radius, including, but not limited to Sedona, Flagstaff, Prescott are currently rated at $250.
Additional cities within Arizona or out-of-state travel will be calculated prior to your final quote for your wedding day.
Do you help with styling for engagement session?
Absolutely!! While this is intended to be a session to help set the tone for your wedding day, I am all for helping you find the perfect outfits for you and your fiancé! <3
What is included in all wedding packages?
Each wedding package includes:
1. Inquiry consult to ensure we're the best fit for one another, discuss wedding plans & vision, and enjoy a delicious drink while we chat!
2. A free engagement session (5 images) perfect for invites or wedding websites
3. A minimunm of 50 photos per hour of coverage
4. Periodic consults prior to your wedding date (the exact amount of consults will vary on your inquiry to wedding date timeline).
